Once you have built your workflow, you can share it two different ways:
- Add Link for to Staff Folder
Use this option to provide form access to all internal staff members by adding this workflow to the "School Links" folder in your Script dashboard. You can access the "School Links" folder by clicking this link or by going to Home > School Links.
- Allow anyone to access the workflow with a link
This option allows you to distribute a unique link for your stakeholders to submit your forms.
Both of these options are found by clicking the "Start" step of the corresponding workflow:
Once you click the start step, you are presented with both options
Note: Don't forget to lock in your changes to the workflow. Any changes will not be live for users until you lock them in.
